Super Fighters S Scans

Scans from one of V.Fame's first games!  Also known as Super Fighter '99, it's not entirely original (it's based off of King of Fighters '97 on the Game Boy) but it was the transition point from their pre-company hacks such as Pocket Monsters Go! Go! and their later bootleg originals like Zook Hero Z.

  1. Thank you so much for posting this- those instruction book scans are fabulous! Do you mind if I use the character portraits for some needlepoint projects? I'll, of course, give you full credit and linkbacks if I post and write about my work- it's just so cool to see so many of the characters with such clear and cute sprite images out in the open like this! Anyway, I'm irrationally excited now, but thank you again for this post! ^^

    2. Thank you very much! I probably should have replied sooner, but I do really appreciate both the permission and the fact that you actually posted these scans. I've stitched Blue Mary (http://dorkstitch.blogspot.com/2013/06/a-bunch-of-cross-stitching-that-i.html) and am hoping to start on another tomorrow, so your blog, aside from the obscure gaming information, has given me literal hours of crafting fun. Thank you again!
